Nice couches! Local people! Not that crowded! Clean restroom ! Happy hours from 5 to 9pm! Nice staff ! Fast service ! But Gin tonic was a little bit blend but I am sure that I will come again with friends. Cozy place and couches are comfortable.

If you end up on Rue Descartes it's either because you've wandered away from the hustle which is Rue Mouffetard, you're visiting a friend who attends Ecole Polytechnique or you're looking for a cheap beer. In my case I decided to wander around the area and ended up in Chapi Chapo, grungy bar which one could classify as a hole-in-the-wall. Drinks are CHEAP and the staff are friendly. The bathrooms leave a bit to be desired but let's face it, you're not here because of the cleanliness.

Although we doubled the average age, we had a good time at this pub. Friendly personnel and a good choice of drinks for a reasonable price.

Nice mood and good music selection, a cozy, relaxed and youth-oriented bar by the university "quartier" in Paris. Get there before 20h at Fridays and Saturdays if you ever hope to seat.

Nice place to have a drink at. Thing is you wouldn't feel comfortable unless you're sitting in the front part of the bar and the waitress won't let you choose your seat but a fair place still!
